Is weight training bad for females ?

When it comes to fitness and gym, we immediately think of men with mascular body not women because women don’t lift weights. In our society lifting weight is bad for females because it makes them look bulky or manly…. biggest myth of all time (hahahaha)

Women should involve weight training into their workout routine because it not only enhances their body but also improves overall internal body. Bone density decreases after a certain age which makes women look dull, aged, if indulged in weight training bone density increases which automatically enhances body. Be it fat loss or muscle gain, weight training is mandatory to achieve the desired results, alone cardio cannot give toned body. Weight lifting make you physically as well as mentally strong.

Ladies! Don’t afraid to lift weights. Lifting weights will not makes you look manly or bulky but it makes you look stronger, happier and prettier. Your confidence level boost up when you hit a heavy workout session, so lift heavy and show everyone that women can also do this.

Are you a “ego weightlifter”?

Weightlifting is an art and those who lift are artist. But not everyone is an artist because like any other thing weightlifting needs perfection, that only few knows.

When we enter gym we see many people lifting heavy weights but how many of them is lifting with proper form. Today almost every person in gym lift heavy weights without proper form and that’s called “ego weightlifting”. “Ego weightlifting” means lifting weight heavier than your capacity and strength which can cause injury. If you’re lifting heavy and form is incorrect then you’re a “ego weightlifter”, sorry to say that (hahahhaahah). Every gym has “ego weightlifter” because they want to look cool and macho but in reality they’re risking their body. “Ego weightlifting” risks your joints and bone because you’re forcing it on your body. Just imagine you’re a heavy person and forced to sit on a small chair, you start feeling irritated because your body is forced to do that, similarly you’re forcing heavy weights on your body which your body can’t take. Don’t force anything on your body because your body is your wealth.

Don’t be a “ego weightlifter”, act smart workout smarter. Lift heavy but with proper form, guidance and support because that’s the key to fit and healthy body. Stop working out rather than “ego weightlifting” because you’re harming yourself. Have muscle mind connection and lift heavy when your body is ready for that weight.

Bye for now! Enjoy your workout……
