❌ Stop setting unrealistic weight goals.
❌ Stop searching for quick solutions on google and YouTube. (Eg. how to loose 10kg in 7 days)
❌ Stop searching for magic foods.
❌ Gym is the only solution for weight loss.
❌ Eating healthy food in bigger portions will not make you fat.
❌ Stop starving yourself by consuming only green tea, salads and soups.
❌ Stop prioritising supplements.
❌ Don’t go for extreme diet as that will make you feel demotivated regarding food and exercise.

✔️ Pick goals that are smart (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and timely)
✔️ Start following a healthy and sustainable diet plan by adding:
. Enough protein in your diet. (0.8-1gm per pound of body weight)
. Add raw and cooked vegetables. (2-3 servings with every meal)
. Drink plenty of water everyday.
. Fruits in controlled proportions.
. Small meals that contains vegetables, protein, complex carbs and good fats.
✔️ Start with walking, jogging, and yoga or you can start doing your favourite sport or you can start working out at home.
✔️ Start making new habits.
